Review of the current IEP and most recent evaluation, if available. Assessment of present levels, measurable annual goals, specially designed instruction, accommodations and modifications, service minutes and placement, transition plan (if applicable), behavior supports and compliance.
Identification ofmissing components, services or supports that may need further discussion and questions that the family should ask at the next meeting.
Deliverable: written summary of findings including concerns and recommendations, as well as suggested questions for the IEP team.

$275 - Review, report and 30 minute consultation
